Cancelling a PayPal pre-approved payment profile

If you have set up a billing agreement or Paypal payment subscription with StickyPiston then it can be cancelled at any time with a few simple steps.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
  2. Click the Gear Icon on the menu bar.

  3. Click on Payments in the top menu.

  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.

  5. Click StickyPiston Hosting in your pre-approved payments list.
    Click StickyPiston in the pre-approved payments list
  6. Then click the Cancel link.
    Click Cancel
  7. Your pre-approved payment profile will now be cancelled.
  • You can see any cancelled payments by clicking on Inactive in the pre-approved payments list
  • Information about the date and amount can all be seen on the approved payments page too
